Project Discovery
This is where we meet with the clients and absorb the idea of the project, focusing on a broad-level overview. Our goal here is to get on the same page as our client, ensuring that their core vision is communicated to the Intridea team. From this point, we proceed in mapping out a rough plan of how each of the following phases of the project will transpire. Wireframes, content maps, and user flows may very well come into play here. Once the overall vision is nailed down, we move forward and make the magic happen.
Interface & Experience Design
Throughout this phase, the visual look of the project is refined and ironed out. Moving from wireframes to basic mockups, our designers receive feedback from clients as they move through iterations toward the finished, fully fleshed-out web application mockups. In the end, the user interfaces will be polished and ready, yielding themselves to the user experience that is in line with the initial client vision.
Application Development
While the designers are busy making the front-end magic happen, our developers are hard at work building the backend architecture that will power the application. Our team specializes in utilizing an agile development approach powered by Ruby on Rails, AJAX, Java, and beyond. Bit by bit, the framework takes shape and is ultimately joined with the visual design. Voila! The application comes to life.
Iterate, Analyze & Improve
A project is all finished and deployed as planned... but the Intridea team doesn't quit! Even after a successful launch, our project team continues to monitor, maintain, and tweak projects where there is a need. This may include compiling detailed analytic traffic reports, or likewise continuing work on features for the next version of the application.
